Crestline Hotels & Resorts adds four hotels to its management portfolio


One of the US’s biggest management companies has added four hotels to its portfolio.

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is the take over the management of Courtyard Asheville, SpringHill Suites Asheville, Courtyard Athens Downtown and Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs.

“These four hotels are important to Crestline’s ongoing growth,” said James Carroll, Crestline’s President and CEO. “We anticipate several additional significant expansion announcements this year as we continue to attract new partners and owners who recognize our expertise and precision management capabilities.”

Founded in 2000, Crestline Hotels & Resorts presently manages 120 hotels, resorts, and conference centers with nearly 17,700 rooms in 27 states and the District of Columbia. 

The Courtyard Asheville, Asheville, NC has been recently renovated and comprises 78 bedrooms, plus a range of fitness and leisure facilities alongside a business center.

The 88-bedroom SpringHill Suites Asheville also in Asheville, NC is located at Two Buckstone, Place and also has a 24-hour fitness center.  

The newly-renovated Courtyard Athens Downtown, Athens, GA houses 105 bedrooms in close proximity to the Classic Center, the Georgia Museum of Art, the State Botanical Gardens, and the UGA Performing Arts Center.  

Finally, the Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland, Orlando, FL is located at 1750 Pembrook Drive in the Maitland Business Center and comprises 112 bedrooms as well as 550 sq ft of meeting space.

Crestline manages properties under brands as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt, as well as independent, private-label hotels and conference centers throughout the US.
