Dream Hotel Group has partnered with Beaty Capital Group to bring Dream Cleveland, with a touted opening date of 2022.
The 207-bedroom property will feature multiple dining and nightlife venues.
The hotel will be set within a larger development in the city’s Masonic Temple, adjacent to the 2,300-seater TempleLive music venue.
Also on offer will be a fitness center, 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space and an on-site parking deck for 400 vehicles.
