“The Embassy Suites DC represents the type of high-quality asset in a desirable market that EOS seeks in each of our investments.  We look forward to continuing our positive working relationship with Hilton in the months and years ahead as we build upon the success they have already achieved at the property.”

In 2016, the Embassy Suites DC underwent a comprehensive renovation of all 197 two-room suites and public spaces, including its spacious, light-filled lobby with full-height atrium, to complement its suite-only room mix. The hotel is also home to Hilton Grand Vacations, a members-only vacation program with locations across the United States. Hotel features include on-site restaurant, District Tap, serving dinner and cocktails nightly, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and more.
