The 205-room Graduate Hotel Nashville, in the center of the Tennessee city, has opened its doors after a refinancing deal with ACORE Capital.
ACORE’s $60m refinancing replaces a $42.5m construction debt, as reported by the Commercial Observer.
The Graduate Nashville Hotel boasts three restaurants: karaoke bar Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole, Poindexter café and Miss Bessie’s rooftop bar, not yet open.
Graduate has been run by AJ Capital partners since 2014. The brand has plans for New York City’s Roosevelt Island later this year.
