A new French restaurant concept will provide the core F&B service for the new Hotel Carmichael in Carmel when it opens in the spring.
Vivante will be a new French eatery open to hotel guests and the public, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full-service bar.
Hotel Carmichael is scheduled to open in August 2020, and will operate as part of Autograph Hotel Collection, Marriott’s lifestyle brand.
The property will comprise 122 bedrooms, 5,000 sq ft of meeting space, plus Vivante restaurant.
Feinstein’s Cabaret will also provide part of the entertainment at the hotel.
Management company Coury Hospitality is currently in the process of hiring a food and beverage manager and executive chef, with plans to advertise for other management roles by March 1.
