New hire to ignite sales at Somerset Hills Hotel ahead of spring opening

Somerset Hills Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, has appointed Ashley Jacobs as area director of sales and marketing for the 118-bedroom boutique hotel.

Jacobs will spearhead the sales team at the hotel which is set to open doors in the Warren, N.J. in spring 2020.

Jacobs brings almost a decade of experience to the role and joins Somerset Hills Hotel from her position as area general manager of Interstate Hotels & Resorts in Tampa.

Here she oversaw a $3.5m renovation, defining sales targets and managed business operations.

Previously, she also held additional management roles at notable properties in Texas.

“Ashley’s passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills and track record of hotel growth make her a great asset to the property as we prepare to open doors this spring,” said Michelle Satanik, general manager at Somerset Hills Hotel. “We are confident she will have a significant impact on the success of hotel and look forward to watching the property’s sales flourish under her direction.”

A staple in the Warren, NJ community since 1987, Somerset Hills Hotel will be re-opening its doors in spring 2020, following a major $22m renovation.
