Ryan has also overseen the successful opening of five hotels in his career.

Burt, meanwhile, has worked internationally in hospitality, most recently at San Francisco’s Ritz-Carlton as director of sales and marketing.

Together the Meritage and Vista Collina offer nearly 500 rooms and 80,000 square feet of meeting and events space, as well as The Village wine experience.

“Both Ryan and Burt come to the properties with years of luxury experience and we couldn’t be more excited to have them join the team,” said President and Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Hospitality Group, Paul McCormick.

“They embody our motto of ‘We are Napa’ and will continue to propel us forward as we grow these two brands throughout 2020.”
