Project for new Moxy Hotel in Virginia resumes

A building project to create a new Moxy by Marriott hotel in Virginia has resumed after a series of delays.

Work first started on the former Advantach office building on 501 E.Franklin St. in Richmond in 2018, however the project stalled after owner Shamin Hotels failed to secure approval for the development, according to reports.

Now the project has been allowed to continue with Shamin gaining the permits needed to plough on.
