Online day-pass booking platform ResortPass has earned Huntington Beach’s Waterfront Beach Resort a six-figure boost in revenue.
The AAA Four Diamond award-winning Hilton property partnered with ResortPass in early 2019, and in the intervening year has seen a significant increase in profits.
The platform offers non-guests the option to use facilities at resorts such as the Waterfront Beach Resort, which offers services like family-friendly waterslide packages and beach bonfire experiences, as well as a tiered spa and cabana passes.
The upside for partner hotels is that they receive an extra revenue stream, with day passes ranging from $25 to $450 in cost.
ResortPass describes the Waterfront Beach Resort’s offering as appealing to “local and visiting guests looking for wellness, relaxation, bleisure, romance, and family-friendly daycations.”
ResortPass has received funding from Silicon Valley investors and currently works with over 350 US hotels. It hopes to triple this number in the next 12 months.
