South Reno to welcome Hyatt Place hotel

The long-awaited hotel build in South Reno’s The Summit mall will be a Hyatt Place property, the company has announced.

With building expected to begin in spring 2020, the South Reno Hyatt Place project will see collaboration between a number of companies.

Tolles Development and The Summit mall owner Bayer Properties will work on the 132-room South Reno Hyatt Place hotel alongside Pelzer Hospitality, Azul Hospitality, Reno Engineering and DLW Architects.

Hyatt Place operates worldwide, with more than 300 properties.
