The Drayton Hotel, Savannah, hotel opens after three-year renovation

After a lengthy three-year restoration, The Drayton Hotel has opened in an 1890’s building in Savannah’s Historic District.

With 50 luxury rooms and suites, a cocktail bar, coffee bar, rooftop venue and new Saint Neo’s Brasserie, The Drayton hopes to “to become part of the fabric of the neighbourhood,” according to its website.

The restaurant is headed by NYC’s Blue Water Grill and Veritas alum, Christopher Meenan.

Owner Raghav Sapra added: “We knew The Drayton had to be true to the neighborhood’s traditions, reflect the progress, and function as an amenity to the residents of the neighbourhood.”

He collaborated with nemaworkshop, a New York design firm, on the renovation.
