Vision Hospitality Group has started work on its second hotel under the Kinley brand, slated to open in Chattanooga in 2021.
The new brand from Vision, Kinley, will open its first property in Cincinnati in early 2020.
Kinley Chattanooga Southside will join the company’s Humanist lifestyle portfolio and will comprise 64 bedrooms with an ‘authentic vibe and energy’ of it surrounding community, known as Tennessee’s entertainment district.
The hotel will also have a variety of ‘distinctive touchpoints’ with an uncheck-in desk and items from local artisans on display available for guests to purchase.
There will also be a coffee bar and lounge seating to encourage guests to use the space to relax as they wish.
Once open, Kinley Cincinnati and Kinley Chattanooga Southside will become part of the Tribute Portfolio, Marriott’s International’s portfolio of independent boutique hotels.
